1. Add your items to the cart. Once you have all of your items continue to checkout.
2. Leave detailed information at checkout: text & colors changes, size (4x5 or 5x7) and special design requests.
3. Please send photos to cioprints@yahoo.com. We offer basic editing (black & white or sepia conversion and cropping) for free. All other retouching requests will be an additional fee based on the amount of work needed.
4. You will receive a proof within 24-48 hours for your approval. During the holiday season there may be a lengthed wait time of 48-72 hours.
5. If you would like us to print your order contact me with the quantity and I will get back to you with a quote.
NOTE: The turnaround time for printing is 10-12 business days. I do have a rush printing option for $12
extra which is a turnaround time for 2-3 business days.
 
Due to its customized nature, Cio Prints' products can not be refunded or exchanged.

We highly recommend double proofing your order. We will not refund any order - digital or printed once approved by you. Please remember that the color of the final product may differ a little due to monitor screen color adjustments and the variety of printing processes.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me at cioprints@yahoo.com. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Please keep in mind that we are a printing company, therefore we do not recommend printing with third party members. If you choose to use a third party printer we will not refund money due to printing errors that are beyond our control. I recommend doing a test print (print one sheet) to make sure the product looks satisfactory. This will save you money and time in the long run. For best results please print from your home computer or have us to print your order.

All orders that qualify for a refund must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
 
You have the choice of choosing USPS First Class Mail (5-7 business days), Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) or Express Shipping (next day excluding Sunday). Crayons are only shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Express Mail.

Custom printed items are shipped within 2 weeks of final proof approval, after your payment has cleared through Paypal. We are not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Each package is shipped with a tracking number, you may choose to add insurance incase your package is lost or damaged. Please visit www.usps.com to track your package, if you have not received your package by the estimated date track your package first then contact your local Post Office. Once your package has been shipped I no longer have control over arrival.

Please be sure your address is correct, I will always ship to address you have included. With that said no refund will be issued because you have given an incorrect shipping address. Items returned for an incorrect address will require additional postage paid by the buyer.
